Developers

We understand that the construction industry faces challenges in the current climate and it is important to form partnerships with like-minded professionals such as ourselves.

We work closely with a number of developers, taking on the management of new developments and also renovation projects. Through the construction phase we offer the following:

 

  • To support the developer through the sales process advising as appropriate.
  • To liaise with the developers sales and marketing team, solicitors and new long leasehold purchasers.
  • Production of estimated service charge budget and scheme management strategy.
  • Attend meetings with site managers and Housing Associations.

Management Companies

Montalt manages a variety of developments consisting of leasehold flats and freehold houses on behalf of Residents Management Companies, Residents Associations and Right to Manage Companies.

We can act as Company Secretary and ensure that the appointed directors of the residents’ companies fulfil their legal obligations by advising them, acting on their instructions and liaising with Companies House.
